A household name in Australia, QV is sold mainly in pharmacies in the UK and is best known amongst people with dry or sensitive skin conditions, such as eczema, psoriasis and dermatitis.
Truth is responsible for raising brand awareness amongst people with dry skin conditions via social media campaigns; the aim being to encourage consumers to request a sample and ultimately drive online and prescription sales. Facebook and Twitter platforms tap into topics which resonate with the audience and provide visitors with enough content and incentive to return.

The Success

In the past 12 months QV’s Twitter following has increased by 30 percent.
Its Facebook following has increased by 128 percent and engagement is up by 280 percent. Surveys are also used to data capture and encourage sampling and the most recent survey resulted in over 700 samples requested.
