Darren leads Truth’s creative team: managing, enhancing and developing our creative offering. He is the founder of Truth and has a proven track record on a global scale. An award-winning designer in his own right, Darren spent 11 years working for large global agencies (McCann, JWT) where he developed his strategic approach to problem solving and design. For more than 20 years, Darren has worked with and developed some of the world’s most successful brands (Sony, Motorola, Manchester United, MTV, Coca-Cola, Ellesse, Durex, Lego, Aldi, Reebok, Peugeot, PZ Cussons) and is respected industry-wide in both the UK and America.
Jo oversees the management of Truth and its strategic offering to clients. She has a broad knowledge base across diverse sectors and has worked with both national and international brands. She has a wealth of experience (McCann, Gyro International, Cicero) in branding, marketing and business: providing commercial insight to her clients and delivering effective, tangible results.
Together with Fiona, Lisa oversees the management of Truth PR and Truth Social, specifically focusing on the strategic delivery of client activity and running the company’s day-to-day operations. Lisa is particularly adept at ensuring Truth’s clients are provided with high standards, emphatic results, impeccable customer service and ultimately, a definitive return on investment.
Together with Lisa, Fiona oversees the management of Truth PR and Truth Social, specifically focusing on the creative direction of client campaigns. A specific strength of Fiona’s is her impressive ability to pinpoint a client’s marketing objectives within their wider business strategy and set them within an imaginative campaign that creates clear competitor stand out.

Usually the first step, allowing us to really understand your consumer, end-user and target audience. It’s the starting point for developing insightful and effective creative. Whether your brand operates within B2C or B2B contexts, understanding who engages with your brand and how, is incredibly valuable.
Taking what we’ve learnt, ‘ Think’ turns our knowledge into a strategic platform that provides the basis of our creative. We define the objectives of your brand and generate a blueprint of how to achieve them. This is the foundation of our work and the most important aspect. If it’s wrong, we’re building on sand. If it’s right, we’re building a fortress.
Only once we’ve defined the strategy, do we take our thinking and apply creativity. We’ll explore the best way to visually achieve the objectives we’ve set out, and create the communication tools needed to deliver growth.
