Rosewood Pet Products is a global leader in manufacture, design and distribution of pet accessories and treats. Truth was appointed and retained for over 15 years to increase sales through multi-channel platforms, via its trade and retail customers, such as Pets at Home and Aldi, as well as creating bespoke brand packaging for national retailers such as Tesco and Asda.
What we did…
Services included brand origination, packaging design, trade specific eMarketing, naming conventions, POS, content strategy, creation and launch of a consumer loyalty club, consumer and trade-facing PR, social media campaigns, blogger outreach, PR & Product Placement, Affiliate Marketing and a 24/7 press office function.

Social Growth
We created a multi-format digital content strategy that acknowledged the shift from pet owner to pet parent and therefore was steeped in family-centric activities and issues that pet and owner experience together. This was delivered through top tips, fun facts, videos, infographics and blogger outreach and helped to demonstrate an understanding of the end-user to Rosewood’s trade audience.
Rosewood sought to drive brand visibility and audience interest for its extensive range of pet toys, accessories, and treats. The primary objective was to position the brand as a provider of products that help develop ‘healthy, happy pets’ while sustaining an ‘always-on’ presence to nurture long-term brand trust and familiarity.
