Creating a high-end hospitality experience.

Truth was appointed by Arc Inspirations to launch the first Manchester-based bar in the national group. Banyan required an injection of femininity; and the brand (beyond its existing logo) needed to create a contemporary and high-end hospitality experience.

Customer touch-points from menu, to Point of Sale, and Private Dining enabled the interior execution to be extended to the branded experience in-venue. Launch night invitations, alongside exterior promotions were also included in our remit.


Manchester venue enjoyed incremental food sales within its first month trading, with wet trade steadily growing across the first quarter trading.
