Creating offline and online synergy
Trolex is a leading global supplier of gas detection and monitoring solutions for the mining, industrial and rail industries. Priding themselves on their innovative approach to problem solving in hazardous environments.
Following interrogation of its business model and streamlining of services, a new website was next on the agenda to bring synergy between the offline and online customer journeys.
Our challenge was to deliver a content-rich website that not only showcased a large product and service portfolio, but also communicated to a diverse customer base across a number of vertical sectors.
We began by defining the various user groups and identifying their individual needs and requirements from a new Trolex website. The site was designed and delivered responsively to create a positive user experience, taking navigation and site architecture into consideration to enable easy traffic-flow.
A comprehensive database coupled with bespoke scripts in the back-end allows only relevant content be delivered based on an individual user's requirements. Thus resulting in a much improved representation of the Trolex brand in a digital environment.
Truth also developed a secure area for the global distributor network, providing personalised access to technical documents, sales sheets and business critical, real-time data.
The new site is manageable by the client’s in-house team via a user-friendly, customised CMS.
