Emma’s Diary

Repositioning mum’s first choice for pregnancy and motherhood.

Emma's Diary is a support resource for mums-to-be and new parents. Recommended and endorsed by the Royal College of Midwives, it has been giving new mums relevant information, advice and offers for almost 25 years - supporting every stage of the journey into parenthood. Following end-user research and brand perception the business was looking to evolve its brand in a vision to become mum's first choice and treasured resource for all things pregnancy and baby.

Truth looked to consolidate the brand proposition and realign the brand identity, alongside developing both online and offline communications, as well as developing engagement strategies across partnerships and loyalty schemes.
