James Timpson (of Timpson) approached Truth to help bring to life a new high street concept for public identity services. Many governments around the globe (particularly the UK and Canada) are striving to implement their own digital agenda to enable fraudulent control by creating a unique identity enabling automated correspondence between the government and its citizens.
Truth developed a brand to bring a suite of services to life including naming convention, brand proposition strategy and brand identity development.
The ArkHive brand was brought to life at a stand-alone pilot store located in Henley-on-Thames delivering ID services; with in-store ArkHive services planned to roll out across the existing Timpson network.
"We are not a business that often has the need for creative agencies. We went to Truth because we wanted to launch an innovative, technology focused business, but we didn't know where to start with the branding or look and feel.
Jo and her team at Truth were fantastic. They approached the project knowing we didn't have many answers to the questions that creative agencies normally work from.
Truth make suggestions without pushing. They hold your hand and walk you through the process, making it easier than you could ever have imagined."
